The Programming team is responsible for Creative Strategy and Project Management of all pitches and live projects delivered by the Brand Experience division for Apple Services. You'll be part of a group that includes Producers, Creatives and other Cross-Functional teams that build fan experiences, appointment-to-view content and experiences to support the business needs and cultural roadmap for Apple Music.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in an Account Manager / Project Management role within the entertainment and music industries.
  • Experience in the delivery of digital content and virtual / live experiences and events
  • Skilled Project Manager with exceptional attention to detail, while still working under tight deadlines.
  • An avid consumer and fan of music and music cultures/subcultures across multiple genres, scenes and markets. You'll bring this passion and insight into everything you do
  • Experience working as part of multi-discipline, multi-stakeholder teams across multiple projects.
  • Collaborative with a team oriented approach and able to build strong rapport with teams and individuals across multiple departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office, Pages and Numbers.

Description

Project Manager across multiple live projects, responsible for building and maintaining timelines, weekly status reports, contact reports, weekly team update and meeting follow-up emails and other documentation as required.

Expert on music culture and trends, and a consumer/fan of virtual experiences and digital content, providing regular updates and competitor / industry insights to the rest of the music programming team. Identify key cultural partners that help drive relevance and expand the reach of key Apple Music projects and campaigns.

Work with other team members to initiate, receive and write briefs, ensuring a clear strategic framework and all necessary assets are in place before briefing our creative and production teams, in order to develop a fully integrated response in an effective and efficient way.

Help to research and prepare for creative review sessions with cross-functional teams, pulling together all assets required for an effective project kick off.

Serve as a key contact for our clients and ensure that we deliver a high standard of client service and account management at all times.

Ensure all deliverables have been signed off by our clients in a clear and consistent way, before they go live /into production.

Work with the Senior Planning and Operations Manager to track projects across the Brand Experience team, helping to ensure the weekly Music events tracker is kept up to date with all International projects and priorities and circulated amongst all partners on a weekly basis.

Represent the Brand Experience Programming team in cross-functional meetings.

Identify and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to help us to deliver pitches and projects.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the Apple Services ecosystem into event programming plans and campaigns, where relevant.

This role reports into the Senior Project Lead for Apple Music International.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
