    The Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) Logistics, Program Property Management organization is seeking an innovative and influential leader for a fast paced team in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will be a skilled manager, creative, out-going, self-driven, energetic, customer focused and highly organized. The candidate must possess the skills to effectively manage projects in collaboration with Property Functional Management, Program Leadership, Production Control, Contracts and Customers, including the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and agency specific stakeholders.

    This position requires the handling of multiple assignments as a Manager of a team. This role requires the ability to study, understand, interpret a variety of compliance areas including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), RTN policies, directives, Property Management Systems and apply that knowledge to their tasks in support of our company, organization, and customers.

    Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Manager for a designated program area, developing operational plans to drive compliance and results
Serve as a portfolio leader representing Program Property with multi-faceted program leadership
Supervise and mentor a team to include balancing workload and assignments in a complex environment
Manage performance development; Develop and deliver integrated performance discussions
Partner with internal and external customers (program, government and other business units) to coordinate property requirements for all Government Property (GP) matters
Resolve problems of high complexity/difficulty and developing solutions by drawing upon prior experience(s) as well as interpreting policies and procedures
Enhance efficiencies through leading improvement initiatives related to processes, systems or products
Educate internal stakeholders on property management policies and procedures
Contract Closeout lead for programs
Owner of Program Property Plan (PPP)

Required Skills:

8 years relevant experience in related field
Experience leading teams
Demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced matrix environment responding quickly to shifting priorities, rapid customer requests and holding others accountable to their commitments
Demonstrated positive attitude to motivate stakeholders and employees to drive change
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, are required to effectively collaborate with Property Functional Management, Program Leadership, Production Control, Contracts and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Property Management, Defense Industry Acquisition, Contract Closure, Physical Inventory, Utilization, Disposition, Storage, Contractor Self-Assessment, Audits
Team player, willing to work in a cross-team environment and comfortable with a consistently changing/evolving program philosophy that requires out of the box thinking
Experience with multiple information systems and databases to ensure system and data integrity
Ability to research, retrieve, and analyze information by performing transactions in various business systems utilized by Property Management

Required Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required

Desired skills:
Production Control and or understanding of asset configuration management

Material management strategies
Understanding of lab /Engineering processes for work-in-process use of government furnished material
Contract Closure experience
Disposition of Excess property; experience, knowledge and strategies
Experience interpreting and implementing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contract Property Requirements
Six Sigma Certification
MS Access knowledge
Systems: Experience with an ERP system such as SAP and asset tracking software, UPS (Uniform Property System), APEX (Achieving Process Excellence), PRISM (Process Re-invention Integrating Systems for Manufacturing)
SharePoint knowledge
