The Paveway program is a dynamic environment, with multiple different customers and configurations. As the ideal candidate for this Business Manager role, you must be able manage contracts for multiple customer types (DoD/FMS/DCS).
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Help the program office prioritize efforts and resources between multiple contracts and help determine strategy for new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of business case analysis.
Help support and provide guidance to multiple functions, including operations, supply chain, engineering, EXIM, offset and contracts.
You may be subject to potentially taking on the management /oversight of several additional programs as the you mature and develop into the role.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
Minimum of 8 years directly related experience in finance analysis
Program Controls experience:
Preparing EACs, monthly forecasts, and financial direction
Experience with Microsoft Office Suit (advanced Excel pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) concepts, procedures and processes
Experience in SAP (PRISM, Business Warehouse)
An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 2 years of experience or a Ph.D. is equal to 4 years of experience.

Ability to ensure program performance to plan and early identification of potential problem areasalong with development and implementation of corrective actions
Ability to quickly assimilate into the Program and become influential within the program/production line
Dedication to transparency of data and to promoting a proactive environment that encourages inclusion of all stakeholders in the overall financial execution of the program(s)
Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
