The $1B+ SPY-6 program team is looking for an Earned Value Management Subject Matter Expert.
The SPY6 Family of Radars Portfolio that are designing and manufacturing cutting edge radar capability to the U.S. Navy. If you are energetic and enjoy collaborating with others, this roles provides the opportunity for you to interface with multiple functional partners across the organization. Thanks to the significant size and business impact of the SPY-6 program you will be able to expand you network quickly and have the ability to interface with senior executives. You will also have the benefit of leveraging the talent and knowledge base of the entire SPY6 Family of Radars program portfolio. In this role you will create, manage, and deliver the Production Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) for a SPY-6 program. In addition you will be the EV subject matter expert (SME) providing guidance to the other analysts on the team. This will require the individual to learn and understand the contract deliverables and the key milestones of the program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating and Maintaining the EVM Monthly Cadence Calendar
Ensuring all relevant information needed from internal stakeholders is delivered to finance and planning on time
Ensuring the IPMRs are delivered on time and within compliance of Raytheon, and Govt standards
Creating and adjudicating all Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) EVMS Compliance Metrics leveraging the Raytheon standard tools and processes.
Mentor and train SPY6 analysts
This role will report to a SPY-6 Business Manager and will be supported by the oversight and guidance of the SPY6 Earned Value Management Business Process Manager.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting Business, Math, Economics or related field is required
At least 6 years experience in financial analysis, program controls or related (4 years with a related Masters Degree)
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) is required
Experienced in the use of SAP and Delteks wInsight is required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills
Highly Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong working knowledge of the following US Govt documents:
Earned Value Management (EVMS) DFARS 234.201; DFARS Provision 252.234-7001 and -7002
ANSI EIA 748 Earned Value Management; specifically the EVMS Intent Guide 32 guidelines
