Come and join us, IP Engineering Group (IPG) team is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a Memory IP Architect. The IP Engineering Group (IPG)develops soft and hard IP that enable the creation of Intel products

As a Memory IP Architect. you will be on the leading edge of memory and compute innovation and will help define Intel's IP architectures used across a broad range of Intel products such as servers and GPUs.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum required qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 4+ years of experience -OR- a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience - OR- a PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with 1+ years of experience in:

  • Memory IP system design and architecture.
  • Key memory technologies such as DDR4/5, LPDD4/5, HBM, GDDR from protocol to electricals.
  • SOC integration of memory IP.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with memory security architecture
  • Hands-on/detailed understanding of memory controller development/architecture.
  • Experience with simulation/analysis of scalable memory systems and power/performance analysis.
  • Post-SI memory system/component validation experience.
  • IP vendor engagement experience internal or external with memory IP.
  • Experience with memory IP pre-SI functional validation methodologies.
