Job Description

Responsibilities of the role include, although not limited to:

  • Responsible for technical functions in support of engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, modifications, fabrications, of design circuitry, electromechanical systems, or specialized test equipment
  • Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect data or assist in research work
  • May perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assignments are semiroutine in nature
  • Work performed within generally defined parameters. Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Normally receives general instructions on most work


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience -OR- an Associates Degree with 3+ experience years -OR- military experience, Technical certification, -OR- trade school diploma with 3+ years of experience in the following:

  • Validation platform and thermal system support for new product development
  • Inventory control, tracking, procurement, reconciliation and audits relative to high value inventory and corporate compliance
  • Class manufacturing test, debug, and advanced level troubleshooting utilizing advanced skills on analytical equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meter and home grown analytical tooling
  • Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting

Willing to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm OR 9 am - 6 pm with an occasional shift mod to support critical project deliverables and/or infrequent weekend day(s).

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
