Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer, primarily for structural related details, assemblies and installations on the F-22, supporting depot operations as focal for engineering support. In this position, you will use your technical experience with detailed knowledge of F-22 interchangeability requirements, drawings and specifications, assembly tooling usage, special technology requirements, final finish repairs, and standard structural repairs. Primary responsibilities will include providing onsite engineering support at Hill AFB F-22 depot in Ogden, Utah during modification and heavy maintenance activities. Chosen candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with Ogden depot site management, F-22 aircraft sustainment management, and F-22 MRB engineering management. Additional responsibilities include supporting the F-22 panels and doors composite repair facility and canopy refurbishment, coordinating activities with site, supply support, and MRB engineering management
As an MRB engineer, candidate will be responsible for providing dispositions to non-conforming material documents and will act as a on-site focal point for coordinating MRB dispositions and engineering requirements. Chosen candidate will support process improvements, incorporate best practices into daily operations, and coordinate lessons learned and needed corrective actions, as appropriate. Will be required to coordinate across a large number of functional areas and LM Aero sites, including Stress/DADT, Quality Assurance, Planning, Functional Test, Structures and Systems Design groups, Safety, Materials and Processes and Special Technology. CATIA proficiency (1000 hours) is preferred. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position requires at least an Interim Secret Clearance to start
Some weekend, odd shift and holiday work may be required

Basic Qualifications
Experience working with Microsoft office.
Aerostructure repair experience
Liaison support experience and or working with cross functional teams
Blueprint reading/ GD&T experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering field

Desired skills
Major in CE, ME, or AE preferred
Desired skills CATIA 3D Modeling
Composite repair
Final finish/spec tech familiarity
Interchangeability requirements knowledge
QADs/ DIMS/ related software experience
Some weekend, odd shift and holiday work may be required.
Candidate must have good technical, communication, team, and presentation skills.
