Key Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing project management, with five years of management experience. Marketing or advertising agency experience is helpful.
  • Demonstrated experience in positions of leadership and/or driving cross-functional teams to achieve results.
  • Able to encourage and influence employees and leaders across teams and geographies, and passionate about delivering projects that make a difference.
  • Action-oriented. Strong project management, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
  • Capable of successfully navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with extraordinary organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a professional, positive demeanor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing project management tools and processes.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.

Description

Lead a team of marketing producers to ensure the successful workflow of a growing team of marketers spanning many functional groups including Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, Programs, Insights & Research, Localization, and Platforms.
Enable the entire marketing organization to work more effectively, communicate with our customers in new ways, and measure the success of marketing in driving business results.
Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, keeping everyone focused on what's important while unifying stakeholders with different priorities or objectives.
Meet with key stakeholders across the organization on an ongoing basis to capture evolving business needs and priorities. Ensure that the team is delivering the highest-priority tools and capabilities.
Help guide initiatives in a positive and productive manner across all teams and geographies. Partner with leaders to identify and address critical issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of deliverables.

Education & Experience

BS or equivalent experience
