Are you a thoughtful, strategic, and detail-oriented senior marketing platforms professional looking to lead meaningful and complex projects for a dynamic and growing organization? If so, we're looking for you! We would love to hear from you if you love problem-solving and have a background in creating and supporting marketing platforms, such as customer relationship, web analytics, content management, and customer contact platforms. On our team, you'll balance setting high-level strategy and managing day-to-day implementation details, and will thrive working in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Key Qualifications
Define strategic future state for marketing platform and deliver roadmap to get there.
Enable the entire marketing organization to work more effectively, communicate with our customers in new ways, and measure the success of marketing in driving business results.
Lead a team of marketing managers responsible for creating and supporting customer-centric marketing tools.
Develop business and technical requirements from high-level business needs and use cases.
Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, keeping everyone focused on what's important while unifying stakeholders with different priorities or objectives.
Meet with key stakeholders across the organization on an ongoing basis to capture evolving business needs and priorities. Ensure that the team is delivering the highest-priority tools and capabilities.
Help guide initiatives in a positive and productive manner across all teams and geographies. Partner with leaders to identify and address critical issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of deliverables.
Education & Experience
BS or equivalent experience
