We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Project Manager for Beats, who will drive efficient process to achieve brand and business goals.

In this role, your focus will be across brand campaigns - including product launches and drops. You will move campaigns forward by leading all aspects of the project timeline and milestones from inception to final delivery.

You will be a champion for strong communication and collaboration across brand, creative, production, PR, talent relations, digital, social, geo leads, and agency partners. You will partner with business leads to prioritize campaign deliverables based investment and distribution plans. You will hold teams accountable by re-enforcing leadership decisions, remaining hawkish on deadlines and clearly communicating tracking next steps to the cross- functional team. As result, you will connect the dots from strategy to creative delivery to ensure a launch that delivers on its promise.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in operations or project management with a background of running complex creative campaigns and projects.
  • Experience managing a full service creative agency developing 360 marketing campaigns.
  • History of collaborating with advertising agencies to deliver work, including major above the line campaigns.
  • Experience partnering with brand, creative, media, public relations, and relationship marketing to launch integrated campaigns.
  • Process professional with experience developing and refining workflows and project ownership.
  • Experience leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to outline wins and areas of optimization within the go-to-market approach.
  • Experience managing strategic and production workflows for product assets.
  • Experience managing high stakes budgets requiring continuous adjustment so investment maps to business priorities and production realities.
  • Experience partnering with product professionals to develop technical, feature-based product copy and assets.
  • Experience working with localization professionals and geo leads to effectively translate global taglines, 2D, video, and packaging assets.
  • Experience managing 10+ simultaneous global workstreams to ensure timely delivery of product samples ahead of 2D and film productions.
  • Experience working with retail and 3D merchandising teams to understand assets requirements, and drive next steps at every stage of the process from brief to delivery.
  • Experience reviewing SOW's and working closely with finance to open, monitor and approve POs.
  • Experience partnering with legal & business affairs to ensure work is legally sound and appropriate licenses and usage are obtained.
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and unite team under one vision.
  • Demonstrated experience building report and credibility with senior leadership.
  • A solutions oriented teammate with a self-start, positive attitude.
  • Operate with a high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex work streams.

Description

Oversee marketing projects from brief through execution by initiating and maintaining timelines and milestones.
Connect-the-dots across the Beats internal team and agencies by promoting and enabling strong communication between teams.
Identify problems before they materialize, raise risk and decisions to leadership when necessary, and provide solutions.
Act as the central point-of-contact including maintaining project status report, and articulating next steps for cross functional teams.
Review processes and identify more efficient ways of working with internal teams and agencies.
Manage and track priorities and budgets.

Bachelor's degree required
