The Maritime Advanced Technology Program Leader will hold management responsibility for all phases of technical, financial, and schedule performance on assigned programs or capture efforts. The successful candidate will manage projects, customers and personnel that deliver capabilities for the maritime domain, which includes undersea, on the sea surface, and above-the-sea. In addition to these program/capture responsibilities, the candidate will also be called upon to prepare and present presentations to Customers / internal management, lead and / or coordinate the development of proposals, statements of work and specifications, estimation of product/service costs, support negotiations and oversee contract administration activities.
