Are you ready to transform a WW digital marketing operations and innovation capability for one of the world's largest, most loved e-commerce companies? In this role, your biggest priority will be to find new ways to drive innovation across retail's digital marketing programs. You will have ample proven, hands on experience across paid and owned media, and someone that does their best work within an ambiguous, complex work environment. You will also be known for your ability to create a long term strategy through innovation without losing focus on achieving short term priorities.

The job will start by delivering a 5 year digital marketing plan that leverages emerging trends, our global team's BAU tests and pilot learnings that you will help drive. This will be done in parallel to running our CRM and partner programs, resulting in a cohesive, end-end cross-platform acquisition and retention calendar for retail online, stitching together every touch point throughout a customer's life cycle.

You will build out our partnership model and design a customer engagement program from the ground up in collaboration with a cross functional team.

You will also be responsible for leading the team's digital marketing operations, refining our processes to provide visibility to the team's work, deliver process efficiencies and improve team impact.

You are detailed oriented, and highly organized to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. You have proven experience in establishing trust and influencing partners at all levels to realize the vision. You maximize data to help guide your strategy and deliver a personalized and automated experience that delivers value to the customer.

We also expect you to have a deep digital operations experience, on top of working with and staying ahead of leading and emerging display, affiliate and CRM tools, platforms and partners.

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience designing and leading a CRM function across a matrix organizational structure for a multi-national e-commerce company.
  • Shown success in leading an affiliate, programmatic or display business to consumer e-commerce team.
  • Experience identifying and selling best of breed CRM technologies to support personalized, automated communications at scale.
  • Experience building bottoms up sales and marketing forecasts and annual business plans.
  • Validated performance marketing skills, making quick and informed decisions that enable you to achieve the program KPI's.
  • Ability to understand technical projects, initiatives, and be able to break it down to a comprehensive communication.
  • Appetite for working with sophisticated data sets and predictive analytics to design relevant experiences.
  • Experience planning and measuring customer lifetime value, campaign impact, customer engagement, and testing to optimize results.
  • Partnering with analytics teams to build effective, automated, scalable and important insights.
  • Able to succinctly communicate findings and actions to key partners and leadership teams to influence the overall strategy and drive the program.
  • Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across teams, functions and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to brief in ongoing data and reporting needs, translating business needs into functional briefs.
  • Proven experience succeeding in sophisticated, matrix and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, handle time efficiently without a compromise to detail.
  • Consulting in digital, ecommerce, marketing experience preferred.

Description
- Consistently innovating from the ground up, devising our annual marketing strategy and creating and selling in a 'future of 'digital marketing plan.
- Lead the strategy, deployment and management of CRM programs for the global retail business passionate about customer acquisition and retention, partner programs, segmentation, targeting, contact strategy, tracking, test plans, database integration, privacy compliance and measurement.
- Drive program awareness, customer acquisition and upgrades, growing lifetime customer value with an optimized portfolio of communications.
- Consistently innovating from the ground up, including crafting and selling in a "future of digital" marketing plan.
- Develop annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts and business plans, WW media scorecards, weekly digital marketing reports and quarterly business reviews in partnership with the program and regional leads.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements in our Digital marketing management system, such as scorecards, weekly reports, business reviews, and collaboration methods.
- Manage a team of hardworking digital marketing professionals focused on customer and partner innovation and operations.
- Advocate the value of customer-centric marketing across multiple business units.
- Build relationships and influence diverse partners and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effectively partner with analytics to transform our measurement system, identifying the key performance indicators and events, through mining complex data sets.
- Partner with business, segment and product owners to design specific opportunities to engage customers.
- Stitch together the multiple touch points, working with multiple retail and partner teams to build and handle a unified communication plan across email, push, merchandising, chat, call center, in our retail stores, etc.
- Be the business lead in all CRM technology, operational and product discussions, ensuring functionality and processes are aligned to business priorities and program goals.
- Work closely with the product team to map together an internal CRM tool that provides a seamless customer journey, using existing technologies and integrating new ones.
- Evangelize best of breed creative and content strategies to deliver localized communications at scale and to maximum effect.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree required
