You will play a meaningful role within the Product Ops team leading partner integration and onboarding efforts across all of Apple product lines. This person would work in a range of capacities from supporting partner onboarding roadmap, leading various teams in integrating manufacturing and logistics partners and influencing the design, development and rollout of Apple's NextGen Partner Integration and Collaboration platform.

Prior manufacturing/supply chain consulting experience with Big 4 firm is desirable, but not required. Technical understanding of integration technologies (e.g. EDI, API WebServices, etc) is needed. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is helpful

Key Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy and coach others
  • A deep understanding of the end to end business processes of a manufacturing business, from sourcing to fulfillment
  • Expertise in integration technologies such as EDI and API/Webservices
  • The ability to lead and inspire a global team
  • Extraordinary communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Solid ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity

Description

The Partner Onboarding team within the WW BPR Product Ops group serves as a support entity for the business integration of manufacturing and logistics partners across all of Apple's LOBs. The team works with the business side to develop, maintain and execute a partner onboarding roadmap that impacts existing and new product lines. Providing this support entails global project management and coordination of efforts across all regions. The team's key responsibilities include:
• Leading a team of WW resources tasked with managing complex onboarding projects
• Aligning WW and Regional teams to ensure onboarding process and technical requirements fulfill the needs of the various Apple constituencies across the globe
• Provide thought leadership and guidance in the design, development and implementation of Apple's NextGen integration and collaboration platform.
• Owning execution at the portfolio level - reporting, cross portfolio impact assessment
• You may be called on to step into a critical program delivery role under pressure for a short window of time to assure the delivery of highly visible cross functional programs

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Industrial Engineering or related field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.)

  • Ability to operate independently with conviction and drive teams to the right levels of quality in delivery even under pressure
  • Handles ambiguity in problem definition, has a good handle on business value and has the initiative to craft problems and projects so that they deliver maximum impact
