Apple is looking for a proven, dynamic leader of Product Management to join the Apple Online store team. As the Manager of Delivery and Multi-channel product team, you will be leading the team responsible for defining, developing and launching initiatives directly and measurably impact Apple and its customers. Apple strives to offer best in class delivery and pickup merchandising decision support, as well as fast and convenient ways for our customers to receive their products. Additionally, you will be at the intersection of digital and physical, and your team will partner closely with the Retail Stores, Engineering and Operations team to deliver amazing multi-channel customer experiences.
Key Qualifications
We are looking for an individual that has the ability to own and drive initiatives, a passion and vision for the future of online shopping, and the ability to deliver a global customer experience worthy of the Apple brand. You must have a consistent track record of leading high functioning teams. The right person will combine technical fluency and analytical ability with a strong sense of user experience, diplomacy, program management skills and business insight. You should have great presentation skills and be able to drive a meaningful vision and requirements that rallies the team and delights our customers. You must enjoy diving into the details and have the ability to engage in problem solving with the technical development team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas and you should be able to point to a portfolio of high quality, innovative projects that exemplify your attention to detail.
- e-commerce including mobile commerce
- Delivery & fulfillment programs
- Click to ship and click to pickup delivery estimates
- Real-time store inventory merchandising
- Launch of new shipment methods offered globally (Same day delivery, courier delivery, delivery with set-up)
- Launch of new pickup methods offered globally (buy online pickup in store, Pickup points, Locker boxes)
- Innovative deployment of machine learning solutions to optimize the digital customer experience
Education & Experience
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science desirable.
