The Rotary Wing Podium Instructor – A & P Maintenance Technician will report to the on-site Training Manager and is responsible for all aspects of training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation

The Instructor candidate requires extensive and mature communication/interpersonal skills and will be required to work independently with the customer and sub-contractors in order satisfy customer requirements for delivery of technical training. In addition, the Instructor will review training documents and publications for technical accuracy as well as style and format; work with authoring groups to correct errors and resolve issues; and generate required reports covering relevant customer and process metrics

As a member of the Sikorsky training development team, the Instructor is expected to maintain a continuous presence with the customer and provide creative and synergistic opportunities that maximize the training value and generate revenue for the company. Occasional travel is required

Basic Qualifications
Four or more years of helicopter technical experience with both the VH-60N and VH-3D in: Airframe, Drivetrain, and Powertrain maintenance, Training analysis, Courseware development Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Current Top Secret Clearance
