We are seeking a motivated energetic person to join our Install and Equipment team; this experienced individual who can bring HVM holistic mindsets to the team for this critical development that will continue to define new success for Intel.

The Equipment Engineer responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ownership of tool installs including coaching equipment junior tool install team members.

  • Ownership of equipment based projects to move the module forward in cutting edge innovation, pushing our toolsets to new limits.

  • Planning and conducting technology node dependent upgrades conversions and demos.

  • In field coordination of trade resources to deliver on time construction efforts and turn-ons.


An ideal candidate should be willing to exhibit the following behavior traits:

  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment problems and address root cause.

  • Demonstrated communication relationships with the department and partnering with others.

  • Attention to detail.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors in a STEM field (chemistry, physics, material science, mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, or related).

  • 1+ years of experience in STEM field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience of Fab Module Equipment or previous engineering experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in Tool install Design.
