The LTD Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for a leading technology's tool capacity Model of Record (MOR), which is a key enabler of Intel's and LTD's success.

The MOR owner will own integrating inputs from many stakeholders, including Process Integration, the Process Modules and GSC, and lead a team of Functional Area Industrial Engineers in the development, senior management approval and publication of quarterly MORs that are used for throughout TMG's planning and execution processes.

The candidate is expected to possess deep technical expertise and perform the following:

  • Take on a leadership role in problem solving for major technical deliverables

  • Develop tactical team project plans and drive results through others

  • Represent the department in GM/VP management reviews and drive decision making

  • Proactively develop and drive strategic initiatives for improving department capabilities and/or efficiencies

  • Coach/mentor other team members

The role requires demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of the Wafer Fabrication process and core Industrial Engineering concepts as well as team leadership and work coordination. Also, requires strong business and technical acumen, disciplined process management, problem solving skills, multitasking ability and attention to quality and detail. The job is in a fast paced environment and requires a dynamic individual to succeed.

The candidate must be results-oriented, capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear conclusions and action plans.

This position requires strong analytical, project management and business partnering/influencing skills. Person must have excellent written and oral communications skills.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must posses one og the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field plus a minimum of 4 years of experience OR

  • Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field plus a minimum of 3 years of experience
