  • As module owner, conducts tests and measurements of their operations to determine control over critical dimensions and defectivity of the process line.

  • Recommends and implements modifications for operating the equipment in order to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and optimizing production output for existing products.

  • Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring processing equipment.

  • Exercise independent judgement and discretion by making recommendations and adjusting tools and processes reactively when something has changed on the line or proactively in order to maximize output.

  • Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Integration Def Met Scope: 10nm, 7nm, 5nm.

  • First Response and or Triage: Defect excursion response debug.

  • Defect reduction sustaining excellence: Variability control debug, response, and reduction. Including root source determination by operation and tool for inline defects.

  • NPI: Validating recipe readiness, DSA sampling, yield models.

  • Inline defect monitor optimization: Ensure sufficient capture of all EOL yield limiters which should be observable inline.

What we offer:

  • We give you opportunities to transform technology and create a better future, by delivering products that touch the lives of every person on earth.
