Logic Technology Development LTD is looking for Industrial Engineers!

In this team you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Developing industrial engineering methods for each technology in the areas of cleanroom factory layout and capacity, implementing them locally, and then transferring them to the other sites across Intel.

  • As a TD industrial engineer you will use the wafer fabrication process flow and collaborate with process engineers to create and validate capacity models for all fab equipment types. These models are the basis of the Model of Record that is used to determine equipment requirements to meet the fab technology ramps across the company.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • You will work with process engineers and equipment suppliers to spatially optimize the configuration of first-of-a-kind equipment and use that information to create layout blocks and layout methodologies that are used across all Intel wafer fabs.

  • Locally you will develop and implement capacity and layout plans to meet ramp requirements for multiple concurrent technology nodes and also work extensively with the process engineering teams to analyze process change impacts and develop cost optimized recommendations.

  • You will also be expected to deliver efficiency improvements and continuously drive innovations.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Master's degree with a 2+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by September 2021.

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working with one or more of the following:

  • Designing equipment layout and workflow

  • Developing validating and summarizing equipment performance data for capacity modeling and analysis

  • Documenting training and reviewing auditing the implementation of that material
