The Logic Technology Development (LTD) organization delivers the latest process technology innovations to drive Intel's amazing product roadmap. To maintain the Fast and Furious pace of technology, Intel must continue to install the latest generation of equipment into our development factories. The Equipment Scheduling Engineer will drive the equipment installation schedule plans to meet the aggressive technology development timelines.

Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Defining installation, conversion, and de-install timelines for hundreds of semiconductor equipment plans

  • Coordinating across several groups and organizations to ensure project plans are achieved including LTD management, LTD process engineering, FCE construction, GSC supply chain, and finance.

  • Collaborating with numerous install support teams and organizations to ensure success to develop and improve business and data systems processes.

  • Tracking schedule status and resolving timing delays and issues

  • Leveling project resources to enable success while meeting needs

  • Drive overall project plans as part of the project leadership team

The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Experience working with scheduling software (Primavera), data systems, and MS applications (primarily Excel).

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 9 years of general experience

  • 4+ years of experience in scheduling activities for major projects.

    3+ years of experience with Primavera or other enterprise scheduling software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters with a minimum of 7 years of project/engineering experience or PhD with 5 years of project/engineering experience

  • 5+ years of experience in construction activities

  • 3+ years of experience working in a semiconductor factory
