As a leader in our Business Analytics team, you'll help bring products to life through innovative supply chain analytics solutions. You will collaborate closely with Apple's technology groups and logistics partners to create insights throughout the supply chain. You will drive the analytics strategy across business units and product lines, leading our supply chain to meet world-class performance criteria and equipping Apple with what we need for our unique products to exist.

We are seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead a new team in support of strategicinitiatives for Americas Logistics. Applying a blend of advanced analytics and business intelligence, you will lead a team that interacts directly with multi-functional teams across Finished Goods Operations, AppleCare Logistics, and Decision Support to define, build and roll-out innovative solutions. This includes empowering the business to analyze information & discover trends and patterns by effectively analyzing input data sources, measuring data quality, running validation exercises, creating scalable solutions and experimenting with predictive analytics. This person will define the roadmap for analytics solutions,aimed at improving our insights and decision making for our evolving business needs. This position offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional decisions and push the boundaries of our advanced analytics capabilities. Key Qualifications

• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to system and data changes
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging environment
• Working knowledge of data architecture to efficiently translate business needs to the data engineering teams within AppleCare & Decision Support
• General knowledge of predictive analytic capabilities in order to identify the proper business use cases and effectively communicate those needs to stakeholders

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or relevant field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Business Objects, Tableau, SAP, SQL preferred
