Apple is seeking a Legal Project Manager (LPM) to support Apple's App Store Legal (Developer Relations) team.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or comparable experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills - fully conversant with using a Mac, Keynote, Microsoft Office, as well as file management and communication tools.
  • Ability to work with business, product, and engineering teams, as well as other legal teams, to understand and handle complex technical and operational topics.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
  • Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify issues that should be escalated.

Description
- Prepare high-volume agreements and answer questions regarding processes and policies; field first-line inquiries from outside parties.
- Create and improve team systems and workflows, including for cross-functional projects and events such as the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference. Work closely with multiple teams to establish processes and timelines for promoting collaboration and obtaining input from relevant stakeholders, while also ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Research, including reaching out to other legal teams, to identify opportunities to streamline or improve workflows.
- Create and maintain a database of all agreements, terms, and open source acknowledgment files. Track changes (when and why) made over time.
- Attend cross-functional meetings and manage a comprehensive source of information as projects develop; track team deadlines and tasks.
- Organize and coordinate legal trainings; maintain and draft updates or additions to materials as needed.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with excellent academic credentials or equivalent experience.
