Job Description

The mission of Intel's Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is to drive the future for FPGAs, Structured ASICs, and Custom ASICs technology/solutions around the globe. With the Custom Logic ASIC Solutions team, you'll be surrounded by some of the brightest minds/engineers in the world as we are responsible for creating and delivering the best custom logic solutions.

As a Lead DFT Engineer you will define DFT requirements for Analog and I/O IP's, collaborate with IP suppliers in DFT implementation / validation, and drive IP collateral review / verification to ensure all requirements met. You will also lead SoC level DFT integration and verification for all analog and I/O IP's, test vector generation, and silicon bring up.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field


Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of industry experience inclusive of

  • DFT and test development relating to analog & IO IP's.

  • Experience in defining DFT architecture and test/debug methods for industry common IP's.

  • Experience in integrating IP DFT into SoC level DFT fabric, and validating successful integration.

  • Experience with analog & IO circuit architecture, industry common practices relating to IP development.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading / mentoring teammates.

  • Experience in analog & IO circuit design.
