As a K-12 Education Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of a team of Inside Sales Account Executives that work with Education customers to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products. Through your leadership and inspiration, you will ensure the team is operating with efficiency and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and receiving regular support from a professional development perspective. You will be the point of expertise and accountability for the Inside Sales team, providing the training, resources, knowledge and infrastructure needed to support US growth objectives.

This position is located onsite at our Apple campus in Austin, Texas.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Inside Sales Account Executives
  • Track record of delivering consistent results within an Inside Sales organization
  • Experience in Education and/or SLED preferred
  • Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set strategic direction, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to forecast, manage pipeline, demonstrate CRM knowledge, and leverage internal systems and tools to drive fiscal unit and revenue objectives
  • Understanding of the Education vertical preferred, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to plan, execute, and document sales actions and activities
  • Creative complex problem solving skills

Description

As a K-12 Education Inside Sales Manager, you will lead and own the strategy for inbound and outbound customer engagements across Apple Education. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to the Inside Sales team on managing and engaging with K-12 Education customers and partners. In this position, you will collaborate with the in-country sales organization to ensure support on any key local initiatives and drive consistency in the team's approach and strategy.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
