Come be a part of one of the fastest growing businesses at Apple. The Internet Software and Services (IS&S) organization designs and builds Apple's incredible Services, including Apple TV+, Apple News, Apple Music, GarageBand, Apple Maps, iCloud, Apple Pay, and many more!
We are looking for an Internal Experience Producer who will oversee Services-wide employee-facing digital and in-person experiences and events. In this role, you will be part of a growing team focused on inspiring employees, shaping culture, and building community.
In this role, you will oversee, execute, and evolve our existing portfolio of digital experiences, working closely with internal partners and vendors. You will also pitch and execute in-person events for the future. It's in your DNA to continually seek out, explore, and test new and innovative ways of engaging with the Services community.
This role is for someone who has both virtual and in-person production experience, leadership and project management skills, and the ability to work and influence cross-functionally at all levels. You possess the organizational skills of a project manager, and the ability to brief and manage agencies and vendors, while conversing fluently with interdisciplinary teams. You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or peers. You also have a passion and ability to build content that supports experiences. And, you strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Key Qualifications
Plan and produce digital experiences and in-person events from concept to completion, involving strategy, management and oversight of all details for each of our events
Develop and manage all schedules, budgets, and overall projects organization in collaboration with the internal team.
When applicable, work with internal teams to complete all contracts, agreements, and confirm all clearances are met.
Pitch creative ideas for bringing experiences to life, and building on our strategy for the future
Collaborate closely with internal team (communication, production, and design) on all supporting elements for experiences and events
Lead all aspects of all projected logistical needs (e.g. travel arrangements, contact lists, etc.)
Provide constant, efficient communication between all parties, ensuring information regarding all projects are accurate.
When applicable, supervise and handle all talent contracts, riders and needs.
Partner, engage, and collaborate with our internal teams to achieve the best results for the business.
In partnership with Communication, guide content development to support all experiences (e.g. outlines, talking points, key messages, etc)
Travel may be required
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
