Apple's Services Marketing team is looking for an experienced strategist to develop and execute internal communications strategy and drive employee awareness and engagement by promoting the key objectives of the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute communication strategy for the Services Marketing organization.
  • Identify communication needs and opportunities to build effective communication strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional team members to aggregate and prioritize key business updates, results, and insights for higher-visibility communications across the broader enterprise.
  • Keep employees informed with consistent, timely communications to stay up to on business goals, priorities, and long-term vision.
  • Support leadership with communication efforts, such as all hands meetings, email communication, and presentations.
  • Focus on accomplishing key Marketing I&D goals and ensure alignment with Apple's I&D goals, solutions and priority.
  • Work with People Business Partners (PBP's), Recruiters, Apple University, Inclusion and Diversity, and Business Leaders to drive awareness and connection to content and programs related to I&D, learning, and development priorities.
  • Drive strategic direction of programs in partnership with teams across Apple.

Description

In this role, you will act as a partner, consultant, and leader to help advise, develop, produce, and implement communications for the Services Marketing organization. With a direct impact on the employee experience, this is a role for a creative mind, a problem solver, an amazing communicator, and an implementer who wants to contribute and lead on several fronts at once.

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree
