The Integrated Marketing Lead for ATV+ will lead, develop and execute strategic, brand related campaigns and projects to build the brand, series/film portfolio, franchise development and other key priorities for growth. This role will analyze the existing business and programming along with consumer behavior, market conditions and the competitive landscape to inform plans. They will also work cross functionally to ensure the brand and message is represented consistently and appropriately across campaigns, projects and platforms. In partnership with ATV+ leadership, other key partners and cross-functional teams, the Lead will ensure efforts increase performance, lift brand affinity, continue to develop and cement ATV+' reputation and prominence, impact culture and provide a measurable return on investment.

Searching for someone with respected marketing leadership experience in integrated campaign planning, strategic positioning and development, brand management and franchise building, for high-profile entertainment properties and/or brands. They should be results driven, inventive self-starter who wants to be part of a growing organization, and is willing to roll up sleeves and collaborate in a manner that engenders trust and engagement from across the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Global Entertainment Marketing and Strategic Brand-Building experience, preferably with a premium, notable brand
  • A visionary with a deep understanding of marketing, culture and technology
  • Integrated campaign experience - including strategy, creative, earned, owned and paid media
  • Eye and innate passion and knack for ensuring consistency and excellence in branding
  • Lifecycle marketing experience and the development of long term strategy for brands and franchises
  • Highly adaptive to changing circumstances, with the ability to quickly tackle problems
  • Ability to prioritize across projects and handle a robust workload
  • Strategic and analytical approach to solutions and decisions, problem-solver and can work through ambiguity to align departments/teams on strategy and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to clearly and persuasively communicate with internal and external partners, and a confident and experienced presenter; Excellent organization, scheduling, project management and multi-tasking skills with acute attention to detail

Description

Direct development of ATV+ priority projects, campaigns and brand presentations, surrounding brand building, growth initiatives, business priorities, trend marketing, and other high-priority projects and meetings collaborating and supporting senior stakeholders and aligning multiple parties across ATV+ and Apple.

Manage and support overall brand usage across owned, earned and paid platforms and aligned with brand guidelines and practices; Work with Marketing partners on the key usage of the brand and any subsequent spin-offs in the expansion of the service.

Direct the development of important presentations for key partners and business units aligning multiple parties (e.g. content pitches, ATV+ brand building presentations, creative campaigns, presentations on priorities, competitive landscape tracking etc).

Serve as senior marketing ambassador to socialize projects and presentations to key executives, cross-functional teams, creatives/talent and partners.

Build partnerships and facilitate cross-functional planning and collaboration with Digital, Social, Product, Growth, Media and Publicity to accomplish projects and presentations leading key meetings, timelines and deliverables and ensuring execution against goals.

Identify titles and initiatives that align with targeted Apple channels and larger business priorities on an ongoing basis.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA or relevant graduate work a plus.
