Job Summary: Integrated Communications Campaign Manager

The Integrated Communications Campaign Manager will lead the communications strategy development, messaging, and execution for both specific programs and broader capabilities across the RMD portfolio. This is a mid-level role with growth potential. The successful candidate will have proven experience working effectively with a matrixed, multi-disciplined team to deliver strategic, data-driven, outcome-based approaches to meet clearly defined objectives and reach targeted audiences.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Serve as trusted advisor and chief communications expert to strategic capture and keep-sold teams, coaching leaders in business development, program management, and across functions on communications best practices and strategy.
  • Build relationships and work effectively with and across a diverse group of professionals (engineering, program management, business/functional leadership and communications colleagues) to ensure collaboration, alignment and message consistency, as well as ongoing communication with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Design and lead integrated communications campaign strategies in support of RMD business goals.
  • Assess program-related growth objectives, and partner with a matrix team of specialists to develop and implement supporting communications initiatives ranging from public relations, employee communications, advertising, and/or community relations, to digital/social media, tradeshows and/or proposal support.
  • Develop key performance indicators in coordination with analytics team to deliver campaign accountability. Manage ongoing measurement of communications programs, develop results reports and analysis; adjust and adapt as needed.
  • Conduct ongoing audience and communications mix analysis. Evaluate various channels to identify the appropriate mix necessary to reach key audiences in support of identified program goals.
  • Lead the development of messaging architectures that clearly define the business and program value proposition, competitive positioning and supporting proof points.
  • Maintain and manage campaign budgets
  • Travel to the MA or AZ office will be required. This is a remote position.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years communications experience
  • Must have experience managing cross disciplinary communications campaigns. EX: digital social media expert, social media expert
  • Must have experience working with business experts, and translating campaign/project needs into measurable deliverables
  • Exempt experience with responsibilities interacting with and influencing all levels of management (direct reports, peers, leadership, stakeholders)

This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
