We are currently looking for an Industry Experience Marketing Manager to join the Customer Experience (CX) team of HLSET.

The team's charter is to accelerate adoption at scale by empowering the industry ecosystem to unlock the value of our technology platforms. This team creates and executes an experience offering that educates, influences, and engages industry and technical audiences, communicating Intel's advances across clinical systems, medical imaging, life sciences, and emerging technology domains. This unique role requires a person with a combination of marketing, technology domain expertise and a strong understanding of the CX/DX journey. You will have a proven knowledge to grasp and translate business outcomes into technical capabilities and vice versa. You will be communicating with clear and actionable messaging that addresses customers' challenges and communicates solutions that empower our audiences to deliver value to the industry.

Successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • An understanding of the components, tools, platforms, and technologies across the software stack.
  • Familiarity of HLS industry use cases, business models, and challenges.
  • Comprehension of key industry and developer communities.
  • Comfort working with and the credibility to bridge the gap between industry stakeholders, product management, engineering, internal and external to Intel.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape, market intelligence, and ecosystem partners.
  • Role description and key deliverables: Create and deliver HLSET content experience--messaging, assets, education-- based on the CX/DX journey and using a variety of content formats--blogs, podcasts, digital events, and social media.
  • Lead market research, industry analysis, and strategy formulation to improve our aptitude to improve customer adoption and acceleration of innovative solutions to market.
  • Optimize and contribute to the success of our end-user experience with data. Collaborate with corporate marketing teams, Developer Experience (DX), and Developer Enablement programs leveraging and creating a vertical approach.
  • Where applicable, lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy with our related products and channels.
  • Drive Center of Excellence for business unit marketing operations by leading intake, prioritization, budget/resource, and measurement required for the execution.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following behavioral skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience to effectively collaborate with different levels of management, external partners, and end customers. 
  • Excellent presentation skills to deliver different levels of messaging to engineering, sales, marketing, and end customers.
  • Business analysis skills to derive data insights to business outcomes.

Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing, Compute or health and life sciences with 3+ years of experience, or Masters in management/Marketing, Compute or health and life sciences with 2+ years of experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Product marketing/marketing competency and validated experience in go-to-market strategy, content/influencer marketing, marketing communications, and collateral creation.
  • Health and life sciences related technologies is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in product marketing/management experience with a focus on HLS industry audiences, developer products, embedded and general software, and end-to-end systems.
  • 2+ years managing customer experience programs.
