Job Description

Industrial Engineers in Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) are expected to:

  • Plan production facilities and establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
  • Develop metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
  • Respond to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur.
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:

  • Present complex analytical results to management. 

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor's degree with 3+ months of experience or master's degree with 6+ months of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Candidate must possess the degree by employment start date. 

Preferred Qualifications

3+ months of experience (bachelor's) or 6+ months of experience (master's) with one or more of the following:

  • Lean Principles
  • Manufacturing/Factory Environment/Operations
