Key Qualifications

  • Expertise in adult learning theory, learning delivery models and across learning development processes (discovery, design, implementation).
  • Knowledge of People and Human Resource (HR) related areas including inclusion and diversity (I&D), talent development, and talent lifecycle practices.
  • Experience in building learning solutions that can scale to large, diverse and global audiences.
  • Competence with needs analysis and using data to inform solutions.
  • Skilled at building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with, and influencing, individuals in a variety of organizational functions.
  • Ability to independently prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Description

Develop global I&D related learning solutions by assessing current programs and approaches, performing needs analysis and determining solutions.
Develop I&D content and experiences for unique business function needs and support ad hoc requests.
Design and develop content and programs related to I&D topics including unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, inclusive behaviors, identity, allyship as well as other topics for Apple's global employee population.
Partner with learning and development organizations around Apple to integrate I&D concepts and content into their platforms and curricula.
Support the I&D and People Teams to develop learning experiences and solutions relevant to their needs.
Partner with I&D analytics and other I&D functions to identify and design targeted solutions throughout the talent lifecycle.
Integrate I&D solutions across People functions to increase user understanding and adoption.
Facilitate I&D content to identified audiences.

Education & Experience

Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred
I&D experience preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Location: Open to SCV/Austin
  • Some overnight and international travel required
