Key Qualifications

• Strong analytical skillset and ability to translate business processes and data into insights and solutions
• Strong visualization skills and experience building and managing Tableau dashboards
• Strong foundation in data modeling, workforce planning or HR analytics experience
• In-depth understanding of Inclusion & Diversity and talent management practices
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Utilize logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Stays up-to-date on new technologies and methods across data science and data visualizations
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detail oriented
• Strong project management skills

Design and develop I&D analytics projects, manage and improve reporting frameworks, and visualize findings in an intuitive, easily interpreted way for multiple users
Analyzes and interprets quantitative and qualitative I&D data to identify key insights and shape global recommendations for future practices
Follows data quality practices to ensure confidence in analysis and insights provided
Partners with People team stakeholders, global I&D partners, and other analytical functions throughout Apple
Supports I&D team members with data-driven insights and related solutions that support key decision making practices and leading efforts to be followed
Prepares custom reports, Tableau dashboards, presentations, and technical documents to ensure transparency of the project work

Education & Experience

BA, MS or equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics and data
Proficient in Numbers, Microsoft Excel, or equivalent tools

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Python or any scripting language preferred
• Experience with SPSS, SAS or other related programs is preferred
• User experience with Apple hardware and software products is preferred
