Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Software Quality Manager preferably for Mobile/MacOS applications
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks and driving test automation efforts for SW apps (Preferably in Python)
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on test automation experience in Python
  • Strong leadership skills to work with cross functional partners
  • Strong test experience with UI/UX testing and front end SW applications
  • Team Builder: Proven track record demonstrating the ability to attract, hire, motivate and develop the best engineers
  • Technically Agile: Ready to deep dive into technical areas when needed but also discuss these topics to a non-technical audience
  • Priority Driven: At ease working in a continually changing, dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution
  • Exec Presence: Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience
  • Customer Focused: Passionate about user-focused design, high-quality applications, and what we can do to improve it
  • Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results

Description

We are looking for an experienced QE manager to focus on quality for large scale user study applications. The Quality Manager will interact with all engineering disciplines including software, algorithm, user study operations and project management teams. You will oversee the data lifecycle from user interactions to high quality, useable data, ready for consumption by algorithm research teams. This will require innovative solutions to ensure robustness, quality testing and high data availability. You will thrive in a high pressure environment, with lots of moving parts and interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Partnering with development teams to assist in design solution, test strategies and scoping of feature validation
- Define roadmaps for functional test automation, assist in developing robust test automation framework and define best practices
- Presenting E2E validation strategies to cross functional teams
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, guaranteeing complete test coverage and a flawless end user experience.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering
