Apple continues to innovate with its products and services. Now it's easier than ever to access and organize important health information. The new Health app consolidates data from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and third-party apps, so you can view all of your progress in one place. You can now see long-term trends, or dive into the daily details for a wide range of health metrics.

Additionally, Apple Watch has powerful apps that make it the ultimate device for a healthy and balanced life. Now with new notifications and the ECG app, customers can more easily see significant information concerning their heart health.

We are looking for Health Support Specialists to interact with our customers relating to Apple's health products and services. As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to join one of the newest and most innovative parts of Apple!

This position can be located on-site at the Apple campus in Austin, Texas or at home from any city across the US. You do not need to live in the city this is posted in to be considered.

Health Support Specialists provide world-class customer service and technical support surrounding our Health related products. They represent Apple, embody our values while protecting customer privacy and health information.

A successful Advisor listens to our customers, while using their expertise, creativity, and passion to exceed customer expectations. They do this while keeping customers' personal information secure and reminding them that behind our great products and services, are amazing people! They balance the customers needs while also ensuring they protect Apple in the support they provide.
