We are seeking a Product Design / Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of next-generation haptic actuators and experiences.

Our goal is to enable the world's best user-experience through technology development and exploration of new haptic applications. We are seeking a Product Design / Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of next-generation haptic actuators and haptic experiences..
Key Qualifications
You will have end-to-end responsibility for the mechanical design and integration of haptic actuators from concept to production.
Your deliverables include brainstorming/prototyping novel design concepts and solutions, conducting rigorous engineering analysis/simulations, and converting ideas into detailed specifications for high-volume production. This role requires occasional international travel as you oversee key prototyping milestones at the manufacturing facilities.
You will also collaborate with a wide range of teams and domain experts within the company spanning disciplines such as human interaction and industrial design to process engineering and technical operations. This role requires effective communication both cross-functionally as well as through the management structure.
Education & Experience
M.S. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics or Physics
Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
