Job Description
We're looking for a Graphic Software Engineer interested in working with Intel's latest cutting-edge technology. Candidate will work as part of an automation execution and debug team to enable graphics products into a remote interactive lab. This role works in cross-site collaboration with graphics engineers/FW/SW/BIOS and other post-silicon teams to understand technical features, leverage best known methods, and debug HW/SW/FW issues to integrate leading technology into a development and validation environment. The Engineer is expected to do hands-on debug in post-si validation at system level and meet schedules. In this role responsibilities may include, although not limited to: - Engage with development teams on enablement and integration into Graphics Software development environment. - Triage and debug complex hardware and software solutions.- Triage and debug complex system environments.- Create technical documentation and collaterals.- Develop and present technical content.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Works well in a cross-site cross-team environment.- Team player excited to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - The applicant must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a directly related field.- Knowledge of computer systems and peripherals.- Knowledge in programming (C/C++) and scripting (Perl/Python).- Knowledge in triage of complex computer hardware.- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.- Understanding of GPU architectures.- Ability to debug and analyze complex issues.- Ability to debug engineering systems and communicate complex issues to management, peers and users.Preferred Qualifications: - Working knowledge of graphics driver development and validation.- Working knowledge of server platforms, client platforms and discrete graphics hardware.- Working knowledge of server management tools and API's such as IPMI and Redfish.- Working knowledge of In-target probe and direct connect interface debug devices.- Willing to work within a large-scale software development team and projects.
