Job Summary:
As a Government Property Logistics Coordinator, youre responsible for tracking, maintaining status of, and properly dispositioning government property assets for multiple contracts based out of Woburn, MA. In this role, youll work closely with United States Government (USG) Property, USG Contracts the Integrated Operations Product Team Lead and the Program Management Office to provide support and establish overall goals and priorities.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating the DD250 of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) in coordination with Raytheon Contracts and USG Contracts
  • Leading property dispositioning per contract, including Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Government Furnished Material (GFM)
  • Working closely with Program Contracts, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Government Property, Operations, and the Program Management Office to correctly categorize, track, and status material
  • Helping to define the Asset Management processes for the Programs
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Assigning and maintaining asset custodian list
  • Creating and submitting Government Property related documentation to the customer

This position can be a Grade G08 or Grade G09 based on the candidates qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.

An advanced degree can be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Masters is equal to 2 years of experience or a Ph.D. is equal to 4 years of experience.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Education: Bachelors Degree OR an additional 2 years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for each 1 year of college.
Employment Experience:
  • 4+ years experience working in logistics, depot or manufacturing engineering in a military or civilian environment
  • Experience in a logistics function or with depot operations
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:
  • Familiarity with FARs, DFARS, DODIs, and DIDs
  • Familiarity with writing and editing Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Familiarity with writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
  • Experience with Uniform Property System (UPS), and / or the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) or equivalent for tracking property
  • Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM) Experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry with Government Contracts, Physical Inventory, Records, Utilization, Disposition, Storage, Contractor Self-Assessment, Audits, and / or Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Experience with Department of Defense Technical standard requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Able to travel (within US)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
  • Ability to be highly effective in a team environment
