Tenure-Track Assistant/Associate Professor Positions

Department of Electrical Engineering

University of North Texas 

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking candidates for multiple faculty positions at the Assistant (tenure-track) or Associate Professor (tenure-track or tenured) level starting Fall 2020. The positions are open to all areas in electrical engineering with an emphasis on RF, electromagnetics and electronic materials, analog and digital circuit design, embedded systems, control and power systems. An earned Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field is required. For the Assistant Professor positions, we are looking for candidates with a strong publication record and the potential to succeed in securing research funding and mentoring graduate students. For the Associate Professor position, we expect a sustained record of publications, mentoring junior faculty, advising graduate students, service to the University and profession, and securing external funding for research activities.
