Job Description


  • Explores and benchmarks emerging technology in the industry.
  • Contributes in future technology definition and requirements.
  • Defines the technical requirements for supplier selection.
  • Works together with supplier to define the raw materials and overall materials manufacturing process flow to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield and manufacturability requirements.
  • Develops plans and strategies to validate critical process window at supplier.
  • Drives supplier process window validation activities on critical process modules throughout stages of development.
  • Drives supplier improvements on quality, reliability, yield and cost.
  • Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge and problem solving tools.
  • Develops strategy to resolve wide range of difficult and complex problems.
  • Establishes master Gantt, performs regular review on the project progress.
  • Provides technical support during material transfers for factory start up.
  • Requires experience and thorough knowledge in business practices and procedures.

This role is focused on working with out equipment suppliers and insuring the facilities systems can support the needs in a safe, environmentally responsible and cost effective manner. Also, the selected candidate will work with both tool design teams, tool suppliers and internally to manage the flow of information, make plans and insure we are able to meet all equipment schedules.

This position has the ability to grow scope and interacts across our construction, development and supply chain organizations; additionally, this role allows the selected person to focus on the upcoming factory ramps, but over time, will expand to include development of new strategies and systems to reduce overall infrastructure costs. We are focused on today and the future.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a Technical or Supply Chain field.

2+ years of experience in:

  • Working with multiple stakeholders
  • Technical project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree
  • Background in liquid or solid waste management systems
  • Project management certifications
