Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years demonstrated ability working in a fast paced multi-facility call center environment, with a focus on providing the best possible service to a group of customers.
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory / leadership position
  • Candidate must have and demonstrate the following:
  • Requires the ability to gain collaboration of others, including conducting presentations concerning specific projects or schedules
  • Ability to generate relevant charts and figures from raw data
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Manages time efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Must work well under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Experience in leading complex organizational change situations
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company
  • Strong ability with Microsoft Excel and presentation software
  • Familiarity with Mac platform and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to type 50 words per minute

Description

Candidate is responsible for supervising a team that is accountable for receiving, dispatching and following up on maintenance work orders, generating job plans, communicating with business partners and vendors, gaining access to service locations, soliciting quotes for services, invoice verification, master data management, and updating work order status.
Directly supervise a unit or group of employees, assign tasks, check work at frequent intervals, and maintain schedules
Acts as advisor and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems
A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit
Lead and support multi-functional, long-term projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and in full
Receive assignments in the form of objectives and goals and the process by which to meet goals
Support data entry, setup, and coordination of corrective and preventative maintenance service requests
Lead multiple vendors and staff technicians
Assign technicians or vendors to perform repairs and coordinate work until complete
Review, validate, and approve proposals and invoices
Help suppliers to resolve issues with proposals and invoices
Generate analytics, reports, and presentations for leadership
Maintain records of maintenance and other facility activity
Provide direction to vendors as needed and ensures vendors align with Apple policies and procedures
Coordinate and manage schedule and calendar for Facilities Department
Find opportunities for increased efficiencies and cost savings
Provide administrative support for the Facilities Department

Education & Experience

Some college, technical training, or equivalent work experience required
Experience with CMMS, financial systems, and Tableau or other data reporting software is a plus
