Job Description

Join the Intel Fab11X team where you will be instrumental in developing and ramping some of Intel's newest technologies - Memory, Bridge, Photonics and Foveros technologies and products. Help us realize Intel's vision to create and extend computing technology to connect and enrich the lives of every person on Earth. This position is in the Thin Films organization where you will be working on CVD tools and processes.

Process engineering responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity and manufacturability goals.

  • Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones.

  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.

  • Plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle. Drives improvements on quality, yield, reliability, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.

  • Develops strategy to resolve difficult problems and establishes systems to deal with these problems in the future.

  • Lead ATACs and task forces as needed to contain and solve problems.

  • Works on continuous improvement for the equipment, processes, and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Optics, Chemistry, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience with CVD films and equipment
  • 2+ years of experience Knowledge of Intel-utilized systems such as MES, SQLPathfinder, JMP, SPC, Fuzion, PCSA, APC, Klarity, CLUI, E3
