Job Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for development and production lot starts, process logistics, and be tasked with gaining in depth knowledge of product requirements for the process tools and recipes. Responsibilities include setup and execution of various production, Task Force, and DOE requests. You will work towards a system to reduce errors and repetitive tasks by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation. This position requires significant interaction across multi areas including integration, production, internal module customers and external vendors. You will also support New Product Introductions from planning to execution. In addition to process related ownership, you will learn process equipment and be capable of providing on call support for the area.

  • Show flexibility and drive to accommodate changing priorities and business needs by supporting development and production roles as business needs evolve


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronic Engineering, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation and associated software skills

  • Conversant in MES/EMS, lot starts, etc.

  • Previous experience working on Silicon Photonics Process.
