The Talent Acquisition Events Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and follow through of events throughout the course of the year at Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD). The ideal candidate for this role will oversee events of all sizes to include in-person and virtual events as well as internally or externally hosted career fairs, all of which can run in a variety of participant sizes. This individual will manage all contracts, registrations, documentation, planning and tracking, coordination of support, venue management, and collateral and event swag.

This position will offer a flexible work arrangement, but will require the ability to go into the Tucson, AZ office(s) as needed.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Lead coordination of a wide range of RMD Talent Acquisition recruitment initiatives to include the coordination of internal, external and virtual hiring events and various outreach efforts and strategies.
  • In-person event support to include coordination of volunteers, hotel venues & staff, on-site tours, venue set up, etc.
  • Regularly maintain shared file storage sites that includes calendar of event, toolkit of content, internal communication tools, processes, etc.
  • Regularly maintain and track ROI of all events coordinated or supported
  • Coordinate Virtual Career Fairs to include the creation of event tracking links
  • Collaboration with TA leaders on event development and support
  • Collaboration with business Communications and internal TA social media leads to develop flyers, post events internally and externally, tailoring each event based off of needs
  • Actively seek out event opportunities to support diversity talent attraction strategies
  • Serve in a project manager capacity when appropriate to lead strategy, people and successful event execution

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors degree or 8 years directly applicable experience may be substituted for the education requirement, in addition to the minimum 5 years of experience required by the position
  • Ability to manage suite of tools such as Brazen, Meeting Smart, Yello, Avature and InterviewStream to plan, coordinate and execute events based off of business need
  • Experience partnering with vendors to support in-person or virtual events
  • Management of all other event-owned actions such as negotiating contracts and ensuring all needs are met within venues (BEO), vendor payments, swag orders, event materials and swag content shipped to in-person activities, coordinate TA volunteers to ensure fulfillment of responsibilities, and additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Experience developing and executing programming such as company referral programming

Qualifications We Value:
  • Experience influencing and partnering with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage suite of tools such as Brazen, Meeting Smart, Yello, Avature and InterviewStream to plan, coordinate and execute events based off of business need to include investigation of and making recommendations on possible new tools to leverage.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately report metrics
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems such Kenexa, Workday, or Taleo
  • Experience utilizing CRMs such as Avature
  • Prefer candidate to be based within 50 miles of Tucson, AZ but open to remote candidates
