Job Summary:
The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Directorate and matrixed to the Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile Program (ESSM). In this role you will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams.

ESSM is developed by the U.S. Navy and nine of the other 11 member nations of the NATO SEASPARROW Consortium, the ESSM missile is bringing transformational anti-ship missile defense capabilities to the U.S., NATO and other allies. Members of the Consortium include Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the United States. Given the number of customers in various countries, the variability of the program type and size, the portfolio is extremely complex.

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  1. Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, data management (CDRL support) and administrative functions).
  2. Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customer
  3. Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of program task elements by developing program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations, such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions.
  4. Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.
  5. Supports the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  6. Execute daily program management and cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program reviews such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and staffing, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  7. Preparing, revising, updating and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheons Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) such as Gate reviews and GEM tool, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
  8. Capturing and tracking program actions and working with action owners to ensure timely closure of actions.
  9. Lead and support proposal and capture efforts to include Basis of Estimates (BOEs), startup activities, Responsibilities & Capabilities (R&C) and gating processes.
  10. Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related
    • An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 3 years of experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools
  • Experience with project management tools/systems
  • Experience with balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 20 percent (Program specific)
  • You must currently have an active DoD Secret Clearance

  • Demonstrated skills in planning and execution for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on achieving active participation of appropriate individuals across the business
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate solutions to complex programs, prior experience in engineering planning
