Whole Life Engineering (WLE) is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user.

Job Summary:
As an Engineering Repair & Return Analyst, youll be responsible for working with Program Management in providing insight on all Repair and Return requirements including daily and weekly status of assets from performing Raytheon repair locations and vendors.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • Perform budget and schedule analysis on all assets
  • Work with supporting functions from different disciplines to move assets through process
  • Coordinate activities with clear communication to Integrated Product Team and Program Management Office
  • Prepare and present metrics, status and logistics systems status at internal and external management reviews
  • Consolidate and present weekly status for Patriot Repair and Return programs
  • Manage internal reviews and monthly reporting

This position requires 30% domestic travel

Qualifications You Must Have:
Education: Bachelors Degree OR an additional 2 years of relevant professional experience may be substituted for each 1 year of college.
Employment Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics support, machine maintenance or manufacturing
  • Logistics experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Knowledge, understanding and application of logistics principles
  • Knowledge, understanding and application of PRISM, SAP and ARMs
  • Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) to cost and schedule
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
  • Elevated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, general proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Self-initiative, strong written and oral communication skills and collaborative, supportive team player
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through teaming and collaboration
  • Current US Secret clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
