Contact Technologies uses advanced logic to allow any Apple customer via voice, chat or email to connect with Apple through a personalized, high-touch experience. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational dashboard, which provides essential real-time data and alerting, as well as the project finance management system, which allows us to supervise and manage the financial aspects of hundreds of projects.

Key Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization is a must
• Excellent Leadership Skills to drive delivery
• Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC to provide technical input
• Experience directing a team of software developers
• Experience leading multiple, sophisticated projects with internal and external partners across several groups

In this role, you will lead and manage the global voice program. Establish and drive adoption of program frameworks, tools and standard methodologies. Raise urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure in a timely manner. Determine optimal staffing levels, ensure the team is prioritizing the right work and find opportunities for automation and innovation. Consistently raise the bar and ensure the operations team achieves performance goals and objectives. Distill sophisticated and ambiguous situations into impactful plans for our teams. Be bold & be an owner, by becoming intimately familiar with the business, leading the team to distill and deliver critical business insights for leadership, influencing teammates and executives with your findings, and documenting and instilling good practices throughout the organization.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject area, with 5+ years of relevant software development project management experience.
