Supports collection, assimilation, communication and
management of identified performance data required
to achieve program / organizational metrics and

Responsibilities include:
• Perform staffing / manpower data collection, report
generation and distribution
• Serve as primary point of contact for activity self-audit
• Perform various financial responsibilities including
oversight of IRAD, Capital and Functional Project
overhead expenditures, reporting of expenditures
associated labor and directed material expenditures
• Develop and maintain engineering
organizational calendars
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze business metrics
and measurements
• Collect, analyze, and maintain a source of historical
shop order charge actuals in support of future cost
• Financial analysis support for IPT leads, EPMs &
LSEs (e.g., collection of labor tabs and analysis of
associated data)
• Collection of other various activity specific
management measurements
• Identify administrative and management synergies
across the organization and propose future work
methods and processes for implementation
• Perform Agile team coordination, assist with release planning efforts, and support alignment of Grid and Jira
• Produce and maintain by-name plans for CSL Programs

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with expenditures analysis and monitoring via SAP equivalent system; reviewing labor actuals with BDL & product owners to identify potential overruns and mischarging
- Experience generating monthly QBD and Turn Around documentation of performance via JIRA metrics
- Experience analyzing and writing VARs
- Experience managing and tracking IMS tasks for CSL programs
- Experience writing and updating BOEs/ proposals
- Experience supporting engineering leads and program managers with proposals and customer contract negotiations
- Experience completing CAP sheets
- Minimum two (2) years experience monitoring staffing resources, generating staffing reports, and predicting staffing future needs
- Minimum of 2 years experience planning program staffing loads and staffing analysis reports
- Experience monitoring and ensuring the completion of tasks that are directly tied to incentive fees
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience supporting multiple programs

Desired skills
- CAM certified and at least 12 months of CAM experience
Completion of Certified Manager Certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present at senior manager and director level reviews, as needed
- Experience leading small teams and working interactively with a diverse team
- Self-Starter with the ability to grow and shape opportunities, assuming responsibility for successful completion of tasking
- Independent problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills; ability to organize tasking for large teams of people
