The Internet Software & Services (IS&S) team at Apple provides our global customers access to an incredible collection of amazing content and features across music, podcasts, movies, apps, books, news, and much more.

We are looking for a marketing professional with a focus on user engagement and retention. Ideally, you're an independent strategic problem solver with the ability to lead the development and cross-functional digital marketing campaigns and programs to support various lines of subscription businesses. This is a global role where you will work with international markets collaborating with colleagues to craft optimal marketing programs that reflect regional market opportunities and customer differences.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success achieving growth goals of user engagement and retention.
  • Experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or a consumer subscription business.
  • Track record of success in developing, testing, and optimizing push notification, emails and in-app messaging marketing tactics.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking program performance, and testing results.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with validated experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • Results-oriented, detailed, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed

Description

This role can be based in Culver City.
Cross-Functional Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain partnerships across different lines of business
- Maintain weekly/bi-weekly forums across various different teams to help align all the initiatives
- Work collaboratively with various partners to determine new use cases for untapped marketing channels and gaps

Campaign Strategy/Project Management:
- Partner with various lines of business and advise on campaign strategy, targeting, experimentation, audience messaging
- Partner with international team leads on global and local campaigns
- Design & build requirements and specifications for various different communication campaigns/automated programs
- Partner with analytics to improve impactful strategies that will increase efficiency against marketing goals
- Analyze and share out marketing performance results with stakeholders
- Project manage all the initiatives to help operationalize and execute

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Marketing, or equivalent work experience is preferred
