Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project management roles or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to get feedback and drive improvement efforts

Description

Employee Experience within Apple Information Security (AIS) is aimed at creating and nurturing a lifecycle of engagement for our employees. The lifecycle includes ongoing points of interaction to attract, acquire, embed, grow, and develop talent while fostering a sense of community and inclusion in AIS and Apple. These efforts will include (but not be limited to) initiatives focused on career development, team function, internal communication, and inclusion and diversity.

The Program Management Office is looking for a skilled Project Manager with proven experience executing programs and events that enable and support organizational culture. This role will be responsible for managing internal events and employee engagement programs including managing project plans, coordinating events calendars, and utilizing multiple communication mechanisms to deliver content to the organization on employee experience programs. This role requires hands-on management and coordination across multiple teams in AIS; organization, attention to detail, and time management skills are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Employee Experience task forces to gather ideas for events and programs, e.g. diversity awareness and education, ethnic celebrations, bias training, leadership panels
- Create proposals and project plans for new programs including value to the organization and expected benefits, key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify budget needs for new and ongoing programs and seek approval from Employee Experience DRI and Finance
- Maintain culture events calendar and publish to Confluence. Author event announcements for newsletters, Slack channels, and emails.
- Coordinate speakers and all logistics including registrations, webex details, and agendas
- Curate content for keynote presentations
- Compile questions for panel discussions into themes for moderated sessions
- Plan and host forums to gain culture feedback including focus groups and surveys
- Maintain all Employee Experience content on internal Confluence site

Education & Experience

Bachelor/ Masters Degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

  • - Experience in Human Resources or Recruiting roles a plus
  • - Experience in events management a plus
  • - Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools or equivalent
