SPP is seeking a talented, highly motivated RF Engineer to join our team as a Payloads CPE. The Payloads CPE will be responsible for technical integrity of RF hardware developed under a subcontract. The CPE oversees the design, development, manufacturing and test of the payload hardware, ensuring a balance in execution between technical requirements, program cost and delivery schedule. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain procurement specifications and interface control documents
- Works with analysts and system engineering to ensure the payload hardware will meet system level requirements for performance and other TPMs such as size, weight and power
- Coordinates the review and approval of all contract SDRLs and for acceptance of hardware delivered under the contract
- Works closely with the integrated payload CPE to communicate with customer and senior leadership

Basic Qualifications
- TS SCI clearance
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- Team player and ability to work in fast paced environment

Desired skills
- TS SCI clearance with Poly
- Background in RF
- Demonstrated experience in managing hardware development from system requirements definition, to preliminary design review, to critical design review, and acceptance testing.
-Existing CPE Certification
- Experience in working with RF hardware development efforts, including supplier-based deliverables
